About the Client Company

We are now looking for a traveling service technician for BAE Systems in Örnsköldsvik. Through this assignment, you will work at an exciting company on international projects. You will become part of a cheerful team with a varied everyday life!

Your Responsibilities

As a service technician at BAE, your tasks will include assembly work, service, and troubleshooting of vehicles, as well as warranty investigations. You will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance according to the company's guidelines and ensuring that customer needs and requirements are met. You are expected to maintain close communication with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and provide professional service. If necessary, you may also be involved in the development of new service concepts and work methods to continuously improve operations. This is a traveling position, and you will travel frequently within Sweden and Europe; the rest of the time, you will be at the factory in Örnsköldsvik.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically inclined and enjoys hands-on work! You should have basic vehicle knowledge or equivalent mechanic experience; it is an advantage if you have worked with heavy vehicles and have knowledge of diagnostics/troubleshooting in areas such as hydraulics, electronics, vetronics, and canbus. If you have training in electrical systems and work experience in the field, you may also be a great fit for this position! Good physical health and strength are necessary, as the work can sometimes be physically demanding.

A valid B driver's license is required, and it is advantageous if you have a C license, forklift, and overhead crane training.

Additional Information

This is initially a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Konsultia but work full-time at BAE. The need is long-term, and there may be an opportunity for a permanent position with the client company in the future. Start date as soon as possible by agreement. All employees at BAE undergo security screening and drug testing before the assignment begins.
