Job Responsibility

1. According to drawings and process requirements, responsible for the welding, splicing, or repair of metal parts on the battery production line.

2. Ensure that the weld quality meets industry standards, as well as strength and air tightness requirements.

3. Proficient in all types of welding processes, choosing the right welding method based on the material of the parts to be welded.

4. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of welding tools, selecting appropriate electrodes, wires, protective gases, and other materials during operation, and debugging the parameters of the welding machine.

5. Proficient in welding process procedures, mastering welding operation standards, able to conduct appearance inspections of welds, and able to clean up related residues from welds.

6. Proficient in the power battery production line, understanding different materials' welding process requirements, and completing welding tasks in terms of quality and quantity.

7. Work between upper and lower orders to ensure that the production line can be assembled on time and debugged.

Job Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of practical welding experience, proficient in arc welding, gas welding, argon arc welding, and at least 2 other welding methods.

At least 1 year of experience in automotive power battery production line parts welding.

2. Holding a welding qualification certificate.

3. Ability to identify welding deformation and take measures to reduce or eliminate deformation in advance.

4. Willing to accept outdoor work.
