QUALITY COORDINATOR FOR THE QUALITY DEPARTMENT

You will work closely with our quality and environmental manager and play an important role in the daily quality work. In this role, you will be responsible for our document and case management system and participate in both internal audits and development projects. You will follow up with suppliers, update instructions, and contribute to the work with HACCP. The job involves a lot of collaboration with other functions such as production, purchasing, and sales – where you will act as support in both large and small quality issues. At our production facilities, you will follow up and assist the staff regarding chemical handling. You will also participate in hygiene rounds, external audits, and inspections. Furthermore, you will:

• Support other functions in the company
• Handle complaints
• Work with document management

We are looking for someone with experience in food production and an understanding of the importance of quality and structure in daily work. You are quick to absorb new information and enjoy working meticulously and systematically – whether it involves following routines or compiling statistics and data. We believe you are positive, curious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy developing, learning new things, and taking your own initiatives. You thrive on taking responsibility and working independently, but also appreciate close collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience in the food industry, preferably focusing on hygiene and/or quality-related tasks
• Familiar with working in the Office suite
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Experience with AM System
• Knowledge of labeling regulations, microbiology, or product development
• Experience from internal audits
• Experience with GFSI standards, preferably FSSC 22000
