Production Supervisor

We are looking for a creative, social, and motivated individual for the role of Production Supervisor with our client. You have experience taking responsibility for production planning, quality assurance, and task distribution. About the Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for production planning, quality control, machine maintenance, employee training, conflict management, various improvement projects, and environmental work to ensure high quality and efficient production.

About You

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone with experience leading and planning production in the industry, particularly with a focus on resource allocation and quality control. You need to have documented competence in managing production systems such as Prodman and experience in machine maintenance. Knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures is a requirement. You should also have the ability to train staff in ergonomic work and reading blueprints, as well as manage personnel administration and conflict resolution. You need to have good Swedish and English skills in both spoken and written forms. Forklift license A1-4, B1-5.

Desirable Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have experience with improvement projects in the industry, particularly in production. Competence in cost efficiency is also valuable. Experience in environmental work, such as waste reduction and reuse, as well as creating organizational systems for this, is beneficial. Knowledge in logistics and some administration, as well as previous experience in inventory management, will further strengthen your application.
