About Kameleon Robotics
We primarily focus on manufacturing companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries. We offer flexible and efficient solutions for, among other things, palletizing with the help of collaborative robots, as well as packaging consumer products in distributor packaging such as boxes or SRS trays. Kameleon Robotics is a distributor of Universal Robots in Sweden and Norway.
On the ownership side, you will find Kameleon Gruppen AS and Fargertorp AB with a total of 100 employees. We have extensive experience in delivering robots to the food industry and primarily focus on manufacturing companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries. At the Swedish headquarters in Kungälv, Kameleon Robotics consists of a tight-knit team of 5 employees characterized by community and collaboration, who are on a growth journey!
About the position as Assembler
As a Technical Enthusiast Assembler at Kameleon Robotics, you will work in a central role and take responsibility for the workshop as a starting point. You will be responsible for assembling customer-specific applications with collaborative robots and related accessories such as grippers, tracks, and sensors, which will later be delivered to the customer. The assembly work includes mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly. In the role, you will also receive incoming deliveries and register the goods, manage inventory balance, and book outgoing deliveries. Furthermore, the role includes administration and registration in the business system.
In the role, you will primarily be based in the workshop in Kungälv, but over time, travel to customers may occur.
Your main tasks:
• Assemble applications with collaborative robots.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensure that materials are available in the workshop, register and administer in the business system.
• Keep order and tidiness in the workshop.
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who wants to develop. We prefer that you have some form of basic technical background, for example, made things on your 3D printer, worked on a car, or repaired a broken tech gadget. Furthermore, you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be able to communicate in English. For the role, you need to have a B driver's license.
As a person, you have a proactive attitude, showing curiosity to learn and develop. You take pride in your work and take personal responsibility to ensure that deliveries meet the expectations of others. Furthermore, you are not afraid to take your own initiatives and experiment in your work.
Important for the position is:
• A strong technical interest.
• A genuine curiosity and desire to develop!
• Basic experience from technical work in previous jobs or during your free time.
• You are eager to develop and want to learn new technical work.
