Engaged Employees Wanted for Production

We are currently seeking engaged employees for our client in production, hand manufacturing, and welding. Do you have experience in industrial work, reading blueprints, or machine settings? Then this could be the job for you.

They are constantly working on improvements, sustainability, and quality to create the best solutions for their customers.

In the role of production worker and operator, you will be working with manufacturing, machine settings, quality assurance, and welding of products. You will be part of a team where safety, efficiency, and quality are the focus.

Depending on the position, the tasks may include:

• Manufacturing products according to blueprints and specifications
• Monitoring and adjusting production equipment
• Setting and changing machines to optimize production
• Quality checks and reporting deviations
• Packaging and preparing products for delivery
• Participating in safety and improvement work
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and workplace
• Welding of plastic pipes

This is a full-time position with shift work. The working hours are as follows:

Mon-Thu day 07:00-15:00, evening 14:50-22:50
Fridays day 07:00-13:00, evening 12:50-18:50

The first 3-4 weeks will be daytime 07:00-16:00 for training and onboarding.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Swedish spoken and written (English is an advantage)
• Forklift license (A1-4 and B1-4) + overhead crane license required for certain positions

Meritorious:

• Experience in industrial work, production, or machine handling is meritorious
• Meritorious if you have previous experience in hand extrusion/welding
• Meritorious if you have previous experience in assembly of brackets, valves
• Previous experience in electric welding
• Good ability to handle various tools
