About the position

As a Machine Operator, you will become an important part of our production chain. You will work with modern machines and be responsible for both operation, quality, and basic maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements and the development of our working methods.

Your main responsibilities:

• Produce according to plan and ensure the right quality
• Stop dangerous or deviating work
• Report produced quantities and any rejections in the business system
• Perform machine setups and operator maintenance
• Participate in pulse meetings and improvement initiatives
• Keep the work area organized and report deviations
• Support colleagues as needed – we work as a team
• Be involved in training new operators

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• Has knowledge of TIA and setup work
• Has forklift and crane training (if applicable)
• Is responsible, flexible, and enjoys collaboration
• Has energy, drive, and wants to develop together with us
• Follows our values – they are important for our community and success

For work in the PU-cell, a valid fitness certificate for allergenic chemicals is also required.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means being employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
