About the role

As a group leader, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care activities together with the team. This means that you are a role model for your employees, and through your strong commitment, you create a good working atmosphere in the group every day. You will work during the day, on weekends, and in the evenings.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have two group leader colleagues, and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences.
• Participation: As a group leader, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Pilfinksgården

In the center of the Råby district, you will find the nursing home Pilfinksgården. Here, there are 47 apartments spread over three floors and six units. Each unit has seven or eight pleasant apartments. Each unit has access to two large furnished balconies, one overlooking Råby center and the other overlooking the Garden of Senses, as well as a shared kitchen and cozy spaces for socializing and meals. Here live people with dementia, and we offer individually tailored care with heart, integrity, and choice.

We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through the Dementia Academy. You will also undergo this training.

Activity coordinators work systematically with activities, and we have two activity coordinators who develop and carry out meaningful activities with our residents.

We have a cleaner who keeps our premises clean and tidy, as well as in residents' apartments so that nursing assistants can focus on care, support, social activities, and documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great importance on personal suitability.
