Quality Coordinator

Job Description

Now is your chance to support and guide colleagues in adult education. Your task is to work for continuous improvements, drive development, and support the organization and employees in their challenges. Coordinate and ensure quality in the work with APL, and collaborate with vocational teachers and students to create good conditions around the internship process.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning and driving the set goals independently. The tasks are varied and often span multiple areas. You need to be able to adapt your working methods based on changed conditions and new information. Additionally, you need to be structured and able to establish clear goals and activities in an effective and methodical way. You ensure that tasks are completed and follow up on results. In your work, you drive change and implement various development initiatives such as:

reviewing and supporting the work with planning and documentation (APL)
conducting observations in the organization and proposing quality improvements
guiding conversations both at group and individual levels
motivational initiatives
participating in program councils
attending team meetings
participating in student conferences
attending fairs and other events to promote our training programs
following up on student absences

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is social, structured, driven, and has good organizational skills, as well as a further interest in vocational education. We prefer that you have experience working in adult education previously. You are familiar with digital systems for documentation and follow-up. It is an advantage if you have worked as a teacher in adult education or have experience in guiding conversations.
