The Role of Specialist Physician in Cardiology

As a specialist physician in cardiology at Värnamo Hospital, you will have significant clinical responsibility for patients with heart-related conditions. Your work will include everything from diagnostics and treatment of heart diseases to being involved in leading and developing our cardiology team. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a dedicated team, where close collaboration and short decision-making paths give you a great opportunity to influence both patient care and the strategic development of the unit.

The Department of Medicine and Geriatrics is the largest clinic at Värnamo Hospital with many services under one roof. We have four inpatient care units with different specialties such as stroke, GAVA, endocrinology, and cardiology. The facilities are well-planned and modern, and we work with the patient in focus. Here you will work alongside both experienced colleagues and new staff, all with great commitment.

Feeling well and enjoying your job is valuable to us. • Is a specialist physician in internal medicine and cardiology.

As a person, you are also secure and stable with a good ability to distinguish between the personal and professional. You are confident in your knowledge and skills, dare to make your own decisions, and take responsibility for your tasks. Our Offer to You

We offer you a varied job at a smaller hospital where all expertise is close at hand. Here you will have favorable working hours, which means working Monday to Friday between 08:00-16:30. Regular on-call duty is included in the position. The position is a permanent full-time position. Start date will be agreed upon based on what suits you.
