Havator is now looking for a business responsible salesperson for our operations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, a role with the opportunity to make a difference in our business and develop strong customer relationships.
About Havator
Havator is a comprehensive provider of services in heavy lifting and transportation. With over 60 years of experience, we specialize in complex lifts with mobile cranes, transportation and heavy handling, as well as the assembly of prefabricated concrete elements. We combine technical expertise with practical solutions and collaborate with skilled and reliable partners.
About the role
As a business responsible salesperson, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. You will work proactively to identify and develop business opportunities, focusing on the industrial and construction sectors. The role involves managing the entire sales process – from the first contact to contract signing – and contributing to our long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calculating and preparing quotes.
- Proactive relationship building and market analysis.
- Negotiation and contract signing.
- Participation in corporate and regional groups.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our services and working methods.
About you
We are looking for someone with commercial experience and a strong customer focus. You are a relationship builder with a flexible working style and are motivated by making deals and creating value for our customers.
You also have:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- The ability to manage the entire sales process, including complex solutions.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with working in the Office suite and business systems.
Meritorious:
Experience in industrial projects and technical solutions.

Practical information
- Employment rate: Full-time.
- Location: Kiruna, Luleå or Skellefteå
- Travel: Approximately 10 days per month
