Then you might be the one we are looking for as Playbox in Älmhult expands with a new position as Warehouse Team Leader.

About the position

We are looking for an engaged Team Leader who wants to take extra responsibility for Playbox's warehouse. This is an operational role where you primarily work as a warehouse worker, just like your colleagues. As Team Leader, you will be the link between warehouse and production flows and responsible for ensuring that the work in the warehouse is carried out efficiently, safely, and in an organized manner.

Your tasks include:

• Leading and distributing the daily work in the warehouse
• Order picking, forklift driving, and goods reception
• Quality control and incoming goods
• Following up and ensuring efficient work and correct invoicing

As Team Leader, you will have daily communication with sales and production to ensure the right priorities. You contribute to developing and streamlining the work in the warehouse with new working methods and digital tools. Playbox currently uses a digital picking system called "PlockIT" and Pyramid as its business system.

Your team consists of seven employees and you report to the Production Manager. Working hours are during the day.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in warehousing and/or production
• A forklift license and experience in forklift driving
• Good computer skills and is not afraid to learn new systems. Experience with Pyramid is a plus but not a requirement

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a similar role involving leadership, increased responsibility, or similar.
