About us
The Care Administration, with our 2,200 employees, is one of Trollhättan City’s largest administrations. We make a difference for people every day and provide support to the municipality's elderly and people with some form of disability. Together, we shape care and support in Trollhättan.
You will belong to the Quality and Development department and report directly to the administration's quality manager. The team consists of 6 development leaders and other colleagues in various specialist functions. Here, you will work with competent colleagues in an organization with ambitions and action. We leverage each other's strengths and share our knowledge with one another.

Job Description
As a development leader, you will lead and develop the administration's process-oriented and systematic safety work. The assignment involves both strategic and operational work in the areas of civil preparedness (crisis preparedness and civil defense), information security, and internal safety work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for developing and revising plans/guidelines/procedures
- Driving the systematic preparedness work and information security work
- Conducting risk analyses related to the assignment
- Being knowledgeable about relevant legislation in the area and supporting the organization in compliance
- Being an expert and acting as a support to politicians, administration management, and managers
- Increasing knowledge about safety issues within the administration
- Managing and following up on safety incidents
- Coordinating and supporting the introduction of new working methods and approaches
- Participating in the planning and implementation of training initiatives
- Being part of networks
- Collaborating with the city’s Safety and Security Department and other central functions, other administrations, the Fyrbodal rescue service, municipal companies, as well as authorities and relevant external actors.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree. If you also have training in preparedness, information security, crisis management, or equivalent, this is considered an advantage. You should have prior experience in tasks related to preparedness, information security, crisis management, or similar work, preferably in a politically governed organization. We view it positively if you have good knowledge of applicable legislation, such as NIS, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Good IT skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the assignment. A B driver's license is an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy independent work where you have the ability to drive, prioritize, and structure your work. We also expect you to be a team player with a good ability to collaborate and build relationships as you work with many different professions, both internally and externally. You should have good communication skills and be able to convey information clearly and pedagogically. Furthermore, we see that you are analytical and have the ability to identify risks and work solution-focused to maintain a high safety standard. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
Additional Information
Interviews are expected to take place on April 29 in the afternoon and April 30 in the morning.
