Customer Responsible Fire Safety Technician and Trainer - Gothenburg
Are you a fire safety technician who enjoys customer contact and training? We are looking for a customer responsible fire safety technician who also wants to train in fire safety and/or first aid/CPR.
SafeAid AB helps customers with preventive fire protection, first aid, and training in first aid, fire protection, and crisis management. Our customers are companies across the country, and we are now looking for a customer responsible fire safety technician for Gothenburg.
We are a company with a strong team spirit and head office in Eskilstuna. Our fifteen colleagues are located throughout the country.
Overall Responsibility
As a Customer Responsible with a specialization in service, fire safety, and training, you are responsible for contributing to SafeAid's success by working with several functions, including sales, customer care, service, and training. You are part of a team where collaboration is central, and we help each other to achieve our common goals. The role is flexible and includes various tasks depending on the needs of the business and the team.
Main Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will work with:
- Customer Responsibility
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure that customers have access to SafeAid's entire offering.
- Identify and offer solutions that meet the changing needs of customers.
- Service and Maintenance
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of first aid and fire protection equipment.
- Document performed service and report according to applicable guidelines.
- Training and Consulting
- Plan and conduct training in first aid, fire protection, and evacuation.
- Adapt the content of the training to the customer's specific needs and ensure high quality.
- Fire Safety
- Ensure that customers' fire protection meets current guidelines and standards.
- Identify and offer upselling of products and services in fire safety.
Collaboration and Teamwork
In this role, you will work closely with other team members, including technicians, instructors, and customer responsible personnel. We strive to create a collaborative climate where we support each other to ensure the best possible customer satisfaction and achieve our common goals. The role also involves flexibility, where you may assist colleagues with their tasks and participate in other parts of the business as needed.
Competence and Qualifications
- Experience in customer care, service, and training.
- Certifications in first aid and fire safety are advantageous.
- Good planning and documentation skills.
- Driver's license B is required.

Working Conditions
The work is home-based and primarily performed at customers in the Gothenburg area, with the possibility of travel and overnight stays as needed.
