As a security guard, you will work in public places where many people are on the move, and your task is to create a safe and calm environment for customers and visitors. Your responsibilities include helping to maintain public order. Maintaining order refers to the area for which the police authority has issued a security guard ordinance.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a clear service-oriented commitment. You are stress-resistant, creative, flexible, positive, and have an inner sense of security. It is an advantage if you have experience in the security industry, speak additional languages besides Swedish and English, and have previous experience in public environments.

Basic requirements:

• Trained security guard
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• No remarks in the criminal record or similar.
• No payment remarks.

As a security guard at Cubsec, you always demonstrate a serious and professional attitude. You act judiciously and proactively for the customer's best interest. You have the ability to create calm and are good at adapting your approach based on the different situations that may arise in your work. You should find it easy to meet other people and build relationships, but also be able to set boundaries and be clear. Given that you may encounter conflictual situations in your work as a security guard, there are high demands for personal maturity and that you are secure in your professional role.
