About the Role

We are looking for approximately 30 security guards to ensure a safe workplace during the maintenance shutdown at Preem Lysekil from 2025-09-16 to 2025-10-26. The work will be varied with both day and night shifts. There is also the possibility to start earlier with other clients along the west coast. As a security guard at Addici, you protect contractors performing hazardous outdoor work at our clients' facilities. You will analyze the security risks associated with various tasks and ensure that protective equipment is available and used correctly. You work proactively and are always ready to intervene and alert if something happens.

Examples of Tasks:

• Monitoring during hot work
• Gas watch
• Entry to confined spaces
• Flag watch as needed
• Cranewatch

Your Experience

To succeed in the role of security guard, it is a great advantage if you have experience and training in workplace safety, hot work, confined space work, and rescue planning. If you have previously worked as a security guard, we consider it an asset, but otherwise, we offer relevant training. The work may sometimes take place at high altitudes (20-25m), so it is important that you are not afraid of heights. You have a strong safety mindset and can communicate this to your surroundings. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are important. You are proficient in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Knowledge of Polish or Baltic languages is considered an asset.

About the Position

• Employment type: Project employment that may transition to permanent.
• Employment rate: Part-time/Full-time during the shutdown.

• Start date: By agreement
• Probationary period: 6 months
