Your Responsibilities

The tasks mainly consist of drilling. Working hours are scheduled for continuous shift work with 12-hour shifts.

Your Profile

When we hire, your personality and attitude will be a significant part of what we consider in the recruitment process. We prefer that you are driven, responsible, and engaged. Furthermore, we see that you can work both independently and in a team.

For all positions within Aitik, we want you to have a high school education or equivalent competence and a good understanding of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You are expected to collaborate easily, be responsible, and have a strong safety mindset as safety culture is one of Boliden's focus areas. Good computer skills and machine experience are desirable. Additional Information

A driving license (B) and access to a car are required as commuting and shift work will occur! Positions will be filled continuously, so take the opportunity to apply directly. During spring/summer, those who progress in the process will work with us as hired employees at Boliden Aitik.
