We are looking for

We are now looking for a structured and results-oriented financial administrator who wants to be a key player in our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and financial tasks that support our financial and operational processes. You will work according to clear processes, organize and plan your work carefully, complete ongoing tasks, and meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for performing ongoing bookkeeping and recording business transactions according to applicable regulations. You will prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and establish and follow up reconciliations for various accounts, including handling receipts. You will also be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable, receiving, checking, and posting supplier invoices, and ensuring that supplier debts are paid correctly according to agreements. Furthermore, you will prepare and manage payroll payments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that payroll data is accurate and corresponds with employees' working hours and contracts, and report salaries to the Tax Agency and other relevant authorities. You will perform regular reconciliations of balance sheets and income statements and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly so that the balance sheet is accurate. Reconciliation results will be reported to the financial manager or other responsible parties.

You will also support project managers with various administrative tasks within project management to streamline their work and free up time for more strategic tasks. This may involve being responsible for workplace documentation, establishing and managing relationship documents, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and easily accessible during the project's progress.

In addition to these tasks, you will assist with other office administration, which includes mail handling, archiving, and the preparation and management of internal and external reports and presentations, and you will assist with other projects or administrative tasks within the finance department.

Qualifications

We are looking for a colleague with experience in financial administration or similar tasks, who also has basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, for example with Fortnox. Experience in handling supplier invoices and payroll management is an advantage. You should also have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, and the ability to work independently and take initiative. You have a high school diploma, are proficient in both Swedish and English, and hold a B driver's license.

Additionally, you are solution-oriented and quickly find effective solutions to emerging problems, while possessing good communication skills, being flexible, and accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
