Your responsibilities:

As a mentor in the Rusta och matcha program at Trimtab, you will:

Be responsible for the participant's process throughout the program and prepare them for the job market.
Follow up on the participant's involvement in the program.
Conduct individual meetings either physically or digitally.
Ensure that the participant has an action plan to achieve their set goals and continuously follow up on the process.
Report and document the participant's progress.
Plan and conduct activities both individually and in groups.
Utilize computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet in your daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards high-quality standards.
Is self-driven and computer literate.
Can plan support and activities for each participant during their time in the program.
Is meticulous and structured in following up on the participant's development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
Has proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Has good knowledge of English equivalent to English A at the high school level.
Has excellent skills in using computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet.

Meritorious:

You speak multiple languages.
You have an established network of employers.

Requirements:

To work as a mentor in the Rusta och matcha program, you need to meet the specified criteria. We will ask you to present certificates that confirm these before the start of employment. Please prepare these documents before any job interview.

You also need to meet one of these two options. When applying, it is important to indicate which of the options you belong to.

Option 1

Education: A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most appropriate to achieve the goals of the position.
Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time may also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education as well as various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, higher vocational education, military training, and police training.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

Management with personnel responsibility.
Recruitment.
Transition work for job seekers.
Study and career guidance.
Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
Work with labor and labor market issues.
Work with social and group psychology.
Career guidance. Part-time may also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over three (3) years.
