Visual Merchandiser for Åhléns in Trollhättan

We offer you

As a Visual Merchandiser at Åhléns, you will be responsible for the store's visual sales environment and work according to a given store concept. You will create an atmosphere that is selling, varied, and inspiring for the customer. Your mission is to deliver the best customer experience for everyone – always. You will among other things:

• Plan, execute, and follow up on campaign and activity displays in collaboration with the store's Sales staff
• Actively participate and influence the sales work in meetings with customers
• Be a key person for every visitor through your knowledge of products, materials, and trends

You will work in a team with the Sales staff, whom you will train and support in the daily work of product displays. You will report to the Store Manager.

We are looking for

At Åhléns, we believe that when we share knowledge and experiences, success and enthusiasm, we make each other better. You will bring with you:

• A few years of experience in sales and service, preferably in retail
• Work experience in a similar role
• A qualification as a Visual Merchandiser or equivalent studies
• A strong interest and sense for fashion, trends, color, and form

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about fashion and trends and see sales opportunities in everything you do. Furthermore, you are creative and analytical and used to taking your own initiatives within given frameworks. You are good at communicating and engaging others. You are positive, goal-oriented, and flexible. You should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize your work effectively.

The position is a permanent employment of 38.25 hours, and working hours may vary between 08:00 and 19:00. We hope you can start with us at the end of July.
