About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of the heavier building and timber materials. The position will also include work at the Goods Reception.

Examples of tasks

• Manage daily operations in terms of unloading incoming goods
• Control and restock products
• Provide advice and sell building and timber products to customers
• Administer and pick customer orders
• Assist in other departments if needed, in this case, the goods reception
• Receive incoming deliveries with associated administration

Your profile

• High school education or equivalent and experience in retail.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Experience working at Drive-In and goods reception is a plus
• You should have experience leading your colleagues in daily work
• Stress-resistant, meticulous, and good at collaborating.
• We value a good sense of order and expect you to have a naturally outgoing working style.
• Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
• Realize customer projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and a B driver's license are required

Working hours/Duration:

Temporary, seasonal. Part-time 20 hours/week. Scheduled working hours day, evening - every other weekend.
