About the role of Transport Manager

We could title the role as business area manager, department manager, or equivalent, but your mission is to continuously develop our transport services and our customer center for both private customers and businesses, with a focus on B2B. In your team, you will have several transport leaders, and together you will be responsible for delivering construction, infrastructure, recycling, crane, and other transport and logistics solutions, as well as a team of customer service employees.

As the head of the operations based at our office in Helsingborg, you will plan, drive, and follow up on the operations. It is natural for you to support the team in their daily work. You will be involved in budgeting and project management.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Personnel responsibility, including recruitment, follow-up, and working environment for both office staff and drivers.
• Budgeting and financial follow-up.
• Operational planning and resource optimization.
• Quality control and vehicle monitoring.
• Active work with customer relationships.

What you need to thrive and succeed with us

As a Transport Manager, you should have several years of experience in the transport industry, preferably with a focus on construction and infrastructure. You likely have previously worked as a transport leader but have since developed further as an experienced leader in the logistics and transport sector. We see that you want to continue developing while contributing your valuable experiences. You have a strong interest in business and are customer- and results-oriented. You see it as a given and enjoy working closely with production to achieve results together with others.

You are a proficient user of the Office suite.
