We at Schnell Rekrytering AB are now looking for an excavator operator for a rapidly growing company that works with both private individuals and municipal/corporate clients – often with ROT projects, plot excavation, and detailed work on luxury plots in areas such as Djursholm, Danderyd, Bromma, Lidingö, and several others.

About the role

As an excavator operator with our client, you will primarily work with:

• Excavation of plots
• Leveling and fine-tuning
• Working according to drawings and elevation levels
• ROT jobs and new construction

This is a varied job where you sometimes work independently and sometimes in a team. The client uses the digital tool Cloudwork for drawings and daily reporting – so it is important that you are comfortable with digital solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in excavator work
• Understands drawings and can read elevation levels
• Is reliable, self-driven, and shows up on time
• Likes to take responsibility and wants to be part of an ambitious team
• Has a B driver's license
• Speaks Swedish

The most important thing is the attitude – we are looking for warriors. If you have worked in ROT, construction, or plot planning, you will feel right at home here.
