We are looking for a specialist reviewer in civil engineering for Trafikverket.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The assignment and work area

The assignment concerns the review of construction documentation for civil engineering projects along the route Sundbäck – Luleå. The route is divided into several separate contracts for construction documentation, which means there will be multiple contract parties (consultants) producing the construction documents.

Delivered documents for construction documentation must be reviewed according to TRVINFRA-00226 Bridges and similar structures, General requirements, and TRVINFRA-00227 Bridges and similar structures, Construction. Different versions of TRVINFRA may apply depending on the contract.

Deliverables for this assignment consist of documented comments on construction documentation in consultation with the project manager responsible for the Norrbotniabanan project. The responsible project manager may vary between different construction documentation contracts.

The assignment consists of:

1. Performing the review of construction documentation

2. Assisting with specific questions within the field of civil engineering

The assignment is carried out with independent management and involves independently performing the review of construction documents. Construction documentation is defined in Trafikverket's infrastructure regulations TRVINFRA-00226 Bridges and similar structures, General requirements.

Specialist reviewers and assistant specialist reviewers must be knowledgeable and work based on Trafikverket's technical requirements for bridge construction, technical regulations for bridge construction, Eurocode, and other relevant standards for the assignment.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

• University education, technical focus, at least 180 credits (120 points), or other education combined with relevant professional experience deemed equivalent by Trafikverket. • at least ten (10) years of professional experience as a designer, constructor, and/or specialist reviewer in civil engineering.

• at least five (5) years of documented professional experience in third-party review of civil engineering projects for public clients.
