About the role

As an excavator operator, you will work with both renovation (ROT) jobs and new construction, primarily in site excavation, leveling, and detail work. You will read blueprints, understand elevation levels, and report your work digitally via the tool Cloudwork. You will work on plots in areas such as Djursholm, Lidingö, Danderyd, Bromma, and similar.

The work is carried out both independently and in teams depending on the assignment.

Your tasks

• Excavation and earthworks on private and corporate clients' plots
• Fine-tuning and leveling according to blueprints
• Working according to elevation levels and digital drawings
• Performing renovation (ROT) jobs and new construction in exclusive environments

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in excavator work, preferably within plot or construction projects
• Can read blueprints and understand elevation levels
• Is self-driven, meticulous, and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Has a B driver's license
• Speaks Swedish and is comfortable with digital work tools
