We at Schnell Rekrytering AB are now looking for a traveling site manager for an expanding company in the concrete and construction industry. Here you will have the chance to lead projects across the country and play a crucial role in the company's continued development.

Your main tasks

• Lead and plan concrete work on site
• Coordinate work teams and collaborate with site management
• Ensure that projects follow schedules, standards, and quality requirements
• Be responsible for work environment, safety, and daily progress

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in leadership within concrete/construction
• Is used to making decisions and working independently
• Has a good understanding of production and workflows
• Is flexible and willing to travel depending on project locations
• Has Concrete Class II – advantageous, but not required
