Your Responsibilities

As EBX Manager at ESAB Perstorp, you will be responsible for ensuring that the work with EBX leads to a culture of continuous improvements that in turn leads to increased results. You will report to the Site Manager.

Your main tasks include:

• Implementing and driving the work to standardize continuous improvements.
• Training, challenging, and coaching the organization to improve the work with EBX.
• Driving cost and productivity improvements.
• Developing and managing performance management at various levels.
• Initiating work with KPIs and goals related to production.
• Collaborating with other functions to improve the culture regarding continuous improvements.
• Participating in and leading projects related to continuous improvements.

In this role, you will have a broad network and the opportunity to influence and develop the work with continuous improvements.

You have

· A technical education at the university or engineering level, or equivalent work experience or vocational training.

· Several years of experience in continuous improvements/LEAN in the manufacturing industry.

· Driven, with a high level of initiative but also a team player.

· Ability to work in a structured manner and bring tasks to completion.

· Excellent collaboration skills, pedagogical ability, and responsiveness.

· Very good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
