Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain PLC software solutions for crane automation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of software components.
Optimize code to enhance performance, reliability, and safety.
Analyze system specifications and hardware schematics to align with project requirements.
Identify issues and propose improvements to elevate system functionality.
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of PLC code to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during the testing phase.
Provide timely progress updates and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in Codesys and/or C programming, enabling you to create efficient and dependable PLC software.
Proficiency in algorithm development for optimizing system performance and responsiveness.
Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to task management, deadlines, and documentation.
Familiarity with PLC development tools and expertise in automatic crane functionality.
Prior experience in product development (considered an advantage).
Fluency in both English and Swedish at a professional level.
