Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Drive the execution and implementation of the Site Strategy as part of the broader strategy execution team
• Define, maintain, and conduct annual reviews of the Site Strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Ensure effective execution of the overall site strategy by aligning resources, coordinating initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Track progress, measure impact, and report results to key stakeholders
• Navigate complexity, proactively drive strategic priorities, and take ownership of initiatives
• Monitor performance, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment between site-level and company-wide strategic goals

• Ability to take ownership and drive work independently
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle complexity
• Availability for frequent international travel
