Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Take full ownership of all commercial and financial aspects within the service project portfolio, ensuring alignment with project goals in terms of cost, time, and quality.
• Manage commercial responsibilities across Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and New Collaboration Model (NCM) areas with a high degree of diligence.
• Optimize financial performance including project gross profit, cash flow, and asset utilization through careful planning and monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain accurate commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP, internal controls, and corporate reporting guidelines.
• Oversee accurate project accounting in systems such as SAP, OnePM, and internal project databases.
• Coordinate invoicing processes based on contractual milestones and project progress.
• Administer financial guarantees, bonds, and securities, ensuring proper application and lifecycle management.
• Support project managers in risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies, while also minimizing non-conformance costs.
• Facilitate the implementation of lessons learned across current and future projects to strengthen commercial execution practices.
• Contribute to internal collaboration by working effectively in a diverse, international team environment.
• Occasional business travel may be required based on project needs.

What You Bring

• Relevant academic background with a university degree in a commercial, financial, or business discipline.
• Proven commercial expertise and hands-on experience in project financial management.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to approach projects with a holistic, strategic perspective.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and financial teams.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent English and Swedish communication skills, both written and verbal.
