We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT expert who will use their previous experience to drive the continued technical development of our platform.

This position will be instrumental in our journey towards SOC 2 compliance and ensuring the security and stability of our technology ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of IT & R&D, you will play a critical role in leading and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and operations.

Location: work from home (100% remote)
Language: English (written & speaking)

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a smaller team in the infrastructure area
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with SOC 2 requirements
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and cloud-based services (AWS)
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats
• Manage and maintain our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Intune environment, ensuring device compliance and security
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Delegate effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work

We are looking for you with:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous working experience in network security
• ITIL foundation certification as a minimum
• Linux experience
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
