Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Optimize, standardize, and stabilize the assembly process within production
• Lead workshops and provide specialized manufacturing knowledge
• Consult on day-to-day manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop processes and assembly sequencing for new programs
• Analyze manufacturing feasibility and conduct cost analyses to support decision-making
• Design plant layouts and support computer simulations for optimized workflow
• Write specifications for equipment and ergonomic improvements
• Implement continuous improvement processes and monitor best practices
• Collaborate with teams on product launches and stimulate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in projects

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• At least three years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in manufacturing
• Strong computer and manufacturing skills, including expertise in MS/Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Experience in plant layout design using AutoCAD
• Certification in MTM 1 or education in time study methods, though certification is not required
• Proven experience in equipment selection, purchasing, and installation
• Knowledge of tooling and fixtures for efficient production processes
