Business and Network Developer at Gunnebo Castle and Gardens
Do you want to help develop one of Western Sweden's most unique attractions? Gunnebo Castle and Gardens is looking for an engaged and self-driven business and network developer who wants to strengthen our marketing and sales. The position is a flexible part-time role of about 50%.
We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for someone who wants to help strengthen our brand, attract more visitors, and create long-term partnerships.
About Gunnebo Castle and Gardens
Gunnebo Castle and Gardens AB is a wholly owned municipal company that manages and develops the cultural heritage site and nature reserve Gunnebo on behalf of the City of Mölndal. We offer our visitors knowledge and experiences in gardening, building preservation, cultural history, handicrafts, and sustainable food production. The company has 25 full-time employees, and the workforce doubles during the summer with seasonal and hourly staff. Gunnebo is a resource for people in work training or who are far from the regular labor market and hosts about ten summer youth from the City of Mölndal. Gunnebo is open year-round, every day of the week, and has approximately 400,000 visitors annually.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a business and network developer, you will:
- Support sales efforts, including identifying and developing business opportunities.
- Participate in events, fairs, and other contexts where Gunnebo needs to be visible.
- Nurture and develop relationships with our existing partners and sponsors.
- Attract new partners and sponsors.
- Create and maintain contacts with actors such as Göteborg & Co, the Tourist Board, and the Entrepreneurs Association.
- Be part of a small, dedicated team where you collaborate with colleagues handling bookings, customer dialogue, and administration.
- Along with the project manager, maintain dialogue with our external marketing agency and contribute ideas for content in our own digital channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in marketing, sales, and business development, preferably in a broad role.
- Has an established network and understands the importance of good collaborations.
- Thrives in a varied role where you can work both strategically and operationally.
- Is self-driven and used to initiating your own projects.
- Is social, relationship-building, and enjoys representing an organization outwardly.
