Responsibilities and Duties

As an operational buyer, you will play a central role in the purchasing team. You will be responsible for the order flow with suppliers in electronics and circuit boards. Your task is to ensure smooth and efficient handling of purchase orders and related activities connected to the supplier base. The role includes:

• Handling purchase orders and following up on deliveries.
• Daily coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication and follow-up with suppliers to ensure quality and delivery reliability.
• Collaboration with other purchasing colleagues to optimize processes.
• Handling discrepancies and following up on delivery issues.

You will be part of an experienced and engaged team where knowledge sharing and shared responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you are meticulous, self-driven, and possess good communication skills. You are used to working in a structured manner and can keep many balls in the air. Your ability to collaborate is excellent, and you thrive in an environment where you can take initiatives and be solution-oriented.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operational purchasing work, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with purchase orders and supplier contacts.
• Good computer skills and experience with purchasing systems.
• Good collaboration skills and experience working in interface roles.

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics or production planning.
• Post-secondary education in purchasing or logistics.
• Experience with electronics and circuit boards.
