Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Act as the primary representative of the customer within operations, driving improved delivery performance.
  • Manage all daily external operational communication, including delivery adherence, recovery plans, non-conformance, and qualifications.
  • Oversee PnL Manufactured Sales, financial forecasting, and trading delivery volumes.
  • Execute risk and opportunity management strategies effectively.
  • Lead reconciliation efforts and manage site sales order processes, ensuring alignment with delivery expectations.
  • Oversee change management on P/N level, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
  • Coordinate and host customer visits, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead customer production readiness assessments as required.
  • Manage and analyze customer scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent operations in the PO-review process to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to aerospace program management standards and policies, contributing to process development.
  • Develop and implement program improvement plans, including cost and pricing initiatives, Zero Defects Manufacturing, and redesign efforts.
  • Fulfill contract and business case obligations while leveraging rights to optimize performance.
  • Support business development efforts in collaboration with programs and procurement.
  • Provide input for strategic procurement decisions, including make, move, and buy evaluations.
  • Contribute to proposal and lifecycle governance (LCG) processes to enhance business efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • BSc degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience, preferably in programs, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, ensuring availability to meet customer needs.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong accountability and commitment.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with daily operational tasks.
  • Solid understanding of metric-driven and data-driven performance management.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Open, honest, structured, and service-minded approach to work.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
