Scanmatic is a leading player in technical systems for the hydropower industry and operates in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The Swedish subsidiary, Scanmatic Sverige AB, currently has six employees and offers innovative solutions for control systems and sensor technology.

About the Position

We are looking for a technically curious engineer with strong relational skills. You have an understanding of automation systems and electronics and thrive in a role where technology meets business. As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Scanmatic, you will work at the intersection of technology and sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, creating solution designs, and presenting technical systems in hydropower. The position involves travel to customers across Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing technical solutions for customers in hydropower
• Creating system proposals and calculating costs
• Supporting the sales team with technical expertise
• Building long-term customer relationships

We are looking for someone who

• Has an engineering degree at least at the bachelor's level (in automation, electronics, cybernetics, or similar)
• Has experience in hydropower, automation, or system solutions
• Is relationship-oriented with good communication skills
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
