At Syntronic, we always invest heavily and are now looking for senior embedded developers who want to make a difference. As an embedded developer, you will play a crucial role in driving and developing projects for our clients. Here you will have a unique opportunity to grow alongside other experienced colleagues and build strong expertise in embedded development in an international environment.

You will act as a mentor for teams consisting of more junior profiles, sharing your experience and guiding them in their professional growth. Your role extends beyond just writing code; you will be a key figure in nurturing talent and promoting innovation within the company.

We are looking for senior embedded developers who have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Physics, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in embedded development
• Good knowledge of C/C++ or other relevant programming languages
• Deep understanding of hardware-near programming
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
