About Scanmatic Scanmatic is a leading player in technical systems for the hydropower industry and operates in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The Swedish subsidiary, Scanmatic Sverige AB, currently has six employees and offers innovative solutions for control systems and sensor technology.

About the role We are looking for a technically curious engineer with strong relational skills. You have an understanding of automation systems and electronics and thrive in a role where technology meets business. As a technical solutions engineer at Scanmatic, you will work at the intersection of technology and sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, creating solution designs, and presenting technical systems in hydropower. The position includes travel to customers throughout Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for customers in hydropower
• Create system proposals and calculate costs
• Support the sales team with technical expertise
• Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Engineering degree at least at the bachelor's level (in automation, electronics, cybernetics, or similar)
• Experience in hydropower, automation, or system solutions
• Relationship-building and good communication skills
• Driver's license B
