About the workplace

In family support, which consists of two units, 22 therapists work with different focuses.

Family support currently consists of three teams - the intensive team, the family team, and the SUF team. The different teams currently work on behalf of social workers with various types of therapeutic interventions. As a 1st treatment secretary, you will work closely with therapists as well as unit managers.

Job responsibilities

As a 1st treatment secretary, you will lead, distribute, and organize the daily operational work. You will provide methodological support to therapists in cases and be part of the operational and competency development within the units together with the unit managers. You will work closely with the other 1st treatment secretary. You will collaborate with other 1st treatment secretaries within the department. You will play an important role in the organization's transition to meet the intentions of the new social services act. You will be part of maintaining and developing the quality of our interventions for children and families in Uddevalla.

Qualifications

You have a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science of at least 180 credits. You have several years of experience in therapeutic work. You have further education in treatment methods. You have a B driver's license. You express yourself well both orally and in writing in the Swedish language.

Experience in leadership and methodological support is an advantage. Step one training in psychotherapy is also an advantage.

Other

For positions where a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare on protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.

For positions that involve direct and regular contact with children and youth, as well as for activities within LSS, care and nursing, health and medical care, psychiatric care, and addiction treatment, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be presented or submitted before employment.
