Driven Project Manager with Business Acumen for an Exciting Position at AWI Maskin AB - Arlöv

Are you a goal-oriented project manager with a passion for technology and business? Then AWI Maskin is looking for you! Your primary focus will be to develop technical solutions, machines, and equipment for maintenance depots within the railway industry together with suppliers. To succeed, you should be able to conduct needs analyses with customers and effectively drive discussions towards business. Your base will be at the office in Arlöv.

You will be part of a close-knit and unpretentious team, where your contribution makes a difference. As the sales responsible project manager, you will drive the entire sales process, from the first contact with the customer to closing deals and delivering results. Your goal is to create long-term relationships with our existing customers as well as new ones, whom you actively seek out and take the first step with.

Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and potential customers.
• The position involves travel and customer visits within the Nordic region. Visits to foreign suppliers and international fairs are also included.
• Compile quotes and sales calculations to ensure that projects are carried out in a quality-assured and structured manner.
• Conduct negotiations to finalize orders.
• Submit bids in public procurements.
• Plan for larger assemblies and installations, including scheduling, risk analyses & work breakdown.
• Budget and market plans for your products.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in technical sales and/or project management, preferably with a background in machine sales. You are driven, structured, and have a strong sales interest. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently, and possess a B driver's license and have access to a car.

You enjoy challenges, have an interest in technology, and are driven by achieving common goals. You are curious and adaptable in your communication. You will become part of AWI's cohesive team where everyone supports and helps each other.
