We are strengthening our quality team with a Quality Engineer

The position is a key role for our business and you will work broadly within the field of quality. With us, you will have a platform to both contribute and develop in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and sustainability. You will report directly to the Head of Quality and Sustainability and be part of a team of five people.

Focus of the role

The role is a support function, and you will work closely with teams from different departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of quality issues, focusing on:

APQP process to drive quality throughout the production chain.
PPAP development in collaboration with our project teams, customers, and suppliers.
Participating in and leading internal audits according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 as well as VDA 6.3.

Your background

We believe you have about 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role. If we could wish for something, you would bring:

Experience in quality work within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and PPAP.
Experience from internal audits according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Communication and execution power are two keys that will help you achieve results in the role. We expect you to have good system skills and master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
