We are looking for new colleagues for special housing in Särna and Idre!

In Idre, there is a special housing facility focused on dementia, and in Särna, there is a special housing facility with two departments, one of which is focused on dementia.

We are a total of about 30 employees working in the departments.

This is what you do as a care assistant with us

Here we perform the usual tasks for care assistants in elderly care. The work includes personal care, and together with colleagues, you have close responsibility/care contact for the elderly.

We work with delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Care Act.

The work involves actively working with implementation plans, planning, and documentation, as well as carrying out decided interventions according to the Social Services Act. It also includes performing decided interventions according to SOL decisions.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in the role of a care assistant with us, you take responsibility for your tasks and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are calm and controlled in stressful situations and have great teamwork skills as well as a calm demeanor.

You are a trained care assistant, preferably with a focus on dementia care.

You have a B driver's license and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Experience in care and support work, as well as computer skills in journal documentation on both computer and smartphone, are advantageous.

Good to know

The position is full-time day/evening on weekdays and weekends according to schedule.
