Our member is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates only with pictures. At her home, we work with low-arousal responses and careful structure to help her achieve a meaningful and functional everyday life.

The job consists of supporting her in daily activities, routines, and taking care of the home.

Our member enjoys swimming, playing on the iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just a drive in the car.

She is active and has a high pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly change the day's planning.

The shifts range from 4-6 hours up to 12-15 hours. Night shifts include some on-call duties.

Our member is away at daily activities on weekdays between approximately 11-16, during which time we do not provide personal assistance.

We are now looking for an assistant for a approximately 70% temporary position as well as hourly substitutes who can work as needed.

A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required to reach the workplace, which is located just outside Hässleholm. During work shifts, we use the member's own car.
