I am a girl who is almost 16 years old and I am looking for a new stable assistant for my team at 75%!

I enjoy doing everything that all almost 16-year-olds like to do! For example, hanging out with friends, making TikToks, doing my makeup, going swimming, playing games, going for walks, and much more.

But I need your assistance so that I can do all the fun things I like. You should be by my side if I need you. I need assistance when I am performing my various activities and everything else in daily life. I also need help interpreting what I say, but the more we hang out, the more we will understand each other. I also need help with transfers. I have various aids that I use in my daily life, such as different wheelchairs.

I would prefer that you have previously worked as a personal assistant, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that we click and can have fun together. Due to all the activities in my daily life, it is also good if you have a stable and strong physical foundation.

I would prefer that you who are applying for the job are a woman between 20-30 years old. I hope to hear from you!

As an assistant at Balans, you will receive continuous support in your role, a good introduction, personal supervision, guidance, and training.

The position is 75% + staffing responsibility for about 1 week/month. Of course, there is a fee for the staffing responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to take on extra hours up to full-time if that is your wish.
