As a property technician with us, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers' properties function as they should, both technically and practically. You ensure that everything from ventilation and electricity to HVAC and building technical systems maintains a high standard and operates smoothly. In this role, you will have a lot of contact with customers and often be the one who solves their needs and questions. Your experience and commitment will help ensure that the properties are safe and well-maintained.

• Inspection and maintenance of properties
• Function testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within ventilation, electricity, HVAC, and construction
• Contact with customers and suppliers
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, ventilation, etc.
• Calculate common repairs and measures

As a person, you are self-driven, service-oriented, and have a solution-oriented attitude. You enjoy working in a varied role where you can use both your technical skills and your customer focus.

• At least two years of experience in a role as a property or operations technician or another role with similar responsibilities
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of property technical systems
• All reporting is done on a computer and mobile, so experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable
• Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Driving license B

We consider it an advantage if you have relevant education in the field or relevant courses
