About the assignment

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant for our client in Sundbyberg. The position is a consulting assignment through Bemannia that starts as soon as possible and lasts until mid-September. The working rate for the assignment is 50% (80 hours/month) and you will primarily work at the client's office in Hallonbergen.

Your tasks

Your main tasks will be accounts payable with responsibility for the invoice flow regarding supplier invoices and disbursements. Other common tasks include:

• Responsibility for accounts payable and the invoice flow
• Posting, account reconciliations, and bookkeeping orders are part of ongoing tasks
• Customer invoicing
• Handling of bank payments and debt collection may occur.

You will also participate in the work with monthly and annual financial statements and assist in preparing documentation for the auditors' reviews.

Your qualifications

• Relevant education in finance (at least high school level or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience working as an Accounts Assistant.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• The candidate should be able to perform tasks independently, be structured and meticulous, and take responsibility for the quality of what is delivered.
• The candidate should have good teamwork skills and be service-oriented

Meritorious

• Experience from working in a municipal company or municipality is an advantage.
• Experience with EDP Future and Agresso Unit 4 is an advantage.
