As a property technician, your main tasks are to be a technical support resource for our district teams and to address faults and deficiencies in the properties while ensuring service levels.

Job Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will be part of a team with two colleagues. The job is very varied, involving both practical and administrative work.

The main tasks include:

• Technical support to district staff in construction, plumbing, electrical, locks, appliances, property management, etc.
• Installation of standard-enhancing measures such as dishwashers, washer/dryers, and shower walls.
• Planning and executing corrective maintenance and repairs based on work orders.
• Supervision, patrolling, and preventive maintenance of technical facilities.
• Collaborating and assisting with workload peaks and larger company-wide projects.

To meet expectations, you need to have a pronounced service mindset. Other important qualities include being responsible and flexible, having social competence, and a positive outlook. You should be able to take initiative and work towards goals. Since you will be working in a team with your colleagues, your ability to collaborate with others is just as important as your ability to work independently. Willingness and commitment are prerequisites for thriving as a property technician.

Education, Experience, and Qualities

You have work experience or education in property technology. Knowledge and experience from the property industry in plumbing and electrical work are advantageous. We expect you to have a B driver's license and computer skills, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, preferably in multiple languages.

Duration and Contact

The position is a full-time temporary position until December 31, 2025, with a possibility of extension. Immediate start or as agreed. The position is governed by Fastigo's collective agreement, the F-agreement.
