Förbo is now looking for a summer intern for our Management Support team.

About the team:

The Management Support team assists the management and works with procurement, outdoor environments, environmental issues, as well as operational and energy-related matters.

About the role:

We are looking for a person with an interest in energy in buildings and knowledge of property systems and technical systems. As a summer intern, you will primarily work on updating the maintenance plan in our property system Momentum Fastighet. The focus will be on operationally related components and entering schedules for recurring responsibilities regarding OVK, ventilation cleaning, radon measurements, energy declarations, pressurized systems, and more.

Period:

The duration of the position is from June 9 to August 15. We can agree on a week off if desired.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Access to a car
