We are looking for helpful summer workers for our residential areas for a few weeks this summer. You will work alongside our Property Managers and assist them with various tasks related to property maintenance. The tasks include simple repairs, cleaning and painting, clearing out storage rooms and basement corridors, patrolling, contacting contractors, inventorying laundry rooms, and outdoor maintenance, among others. You will also have contact with our tenants.

To fit this role, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a driver's license for a car. It is an advantage if you are studying or have education in the property industry, or if you have previous experience in similar work.

The working hours are 07:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday, and 07:30-13:00 on Fridays. You need to be available to work between week 28 and week 33.

We are looking for summer workers in the following areas:

• Härryda municipality, area office in Mölnlycke
• Kungälv municipality, area office in Ytterby
• Lerum municipality, area office in Stenkullen
• Mölndal municipality, area office in Kållered
