My name is Niklas Johansson, and over 10 years ago, I started my first day at Rahmqvist as a newly graduated high school student. Little did I know then about the fantastic journey that lay ahead of me with lessons and development in sales and leadership. Being able to lecture, work abroad, and be part of product development was something I never imagined at that time. These opportunities have not come to me because of my CV or education but rather thanks to my will, commitment, and productivity. Now I have been entrusted with the responsibility for our brand Vidamic Ergonomics in Sweden and am therefore looking for you who also want to be challenged and embark on an incredible journey in sales!

About the Position

In the role of a sales representative for the Vidamic Ergonomics brand, you will become part of the Rahmqvist group. At Vidamic Ergonomics, we help companies improve their workplaces by offering ergonomic products that reduce, for example, sick leave. You will become a specialist in ergonomics and visit your customers in your area daily to help them achieve happier, healthier, and more sustainable workdays. As a salesperson with us, you will have the opportunity to develop and set your own goals; many describe it as a mix between running your own business and being employed. Your daily tasks will include:

Field Customer Visits: You will be out meeting customers, building personal relationships, and understanding their unique needs. Being the face of Rahmqvist means you are our most important representative to our customers.

Product Demonstration and Order Management: You will demonstrate our specialized products in the work environment and help customers understand how these improve their workplaces. At the same time, you will be responsible for taking in and managing orders on-site.

Follow-ups and Relationship Maintenance: After establishing initial relationships, you will regularly return to customers to deepen the collaboration, solve any challenges, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.

Efficient Work with High Activity Level: You will be responsible for planning your work in a structured way to maximize efficiency. A high activity level is the key to success, and you will have the opportunity to independently drive and shape your day to meet set goals.
